Purpose and basis for processing personal data

Ticket sales and customer service (ticket purchases are directed to our partner's system, Lippupiste Oy's Lippu.fi).

Payment details in connection with ticket sales (processed only in the ticket sales partner's system).
Communication content (feedback, contacts).
Technical data collected through cookies and analytics (IP address, browser type, usage time).

Sources of personal data

Data is obtained from the user themselves (forms, emails, ticket purchases) and through cookies and analytics.

Disclosure and transfer of personal data

Information related to ticket sales is transferred to the ticket sales partner (Lippupiste Oy).
The data will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
Data may only be transferred outside the EU if the service provider complies with the requirements of the GDPR.

Data retention period

Customer data is retained for as long as the customer relationship is valid.
Newsletter subscriber data is stored until the subscriber cancels their subscription.
Feedback and communications are stored for a maximum of two years.
Cookie and analytics data is stored for a maximum of 26 months.
